Your new company
In this 6 month FTS you will be working for a global tech company. Their headquarters are located in the UK, where their centre of excellence thrives. As part of our growth strategy, they are expanding their Australian business through a series of acquisitions. They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their APAC team. The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running, ensuring a smooth handover and seamless continuation of HR operations.
Your new role

Business Partnering: As the sole HRBP in APAC, you'll be the go-to person for all HR matters. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders, providing strategic advice and coaching.

Australian Employment Law: A solid understanding of Australian employment law is essential. You'll guide the organiSation through compliance requirements and ensure best practices.

Integration of Acquisitions: Their rapid growth has led to acquisitions. Your role will involve integrating these acquired entities into a cohesive whole, harmonising processes and culture.

Cyclical Activities: Manage quarterly and annual engagement surveys, fostering a positive employee experience.
What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as an HRBP in a standalone role is critical. You should be comfortable working independently and providing strategic guidance. You will ideally have experience working for a global company.

Coaching Skills: Ability to coach and influence senior leaders effectively.

Insight into Australian Employment Law: Familiarity with local regulations.

Change Management: Experience with organisational change and transformation.
