Your new role

This is a true business partnering opportunity supporting the wider business, C-Suite and all employees in the full employee life cycle

Performance management, coaching, talent management, workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, remuneration & benefits, HR Risk and compliance

You will support the HR Director and growing HR team in the design and delivery of people processes, develop HR policies and drive engagement

You will help build the HR team and work closely with the Centres of Excellence as they are established

Business partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders across all divisions
-
Coaching employees and leaders to upskill capabilities, drive engagement and culture

Employee relations and performance coaching will play a key part of this role
What you'll need to succeed

You will be a seasoned HR Business Partner who has worked in an aligned industry such as engineering, technical, M&O workforce with
-
You will have solid in depth knowledge of ER, modern awards, NES and be expert in ER and coaching employees and leaders through change

You will have experience in building HR processes, supporting growth
-
Experienced in Safety, RTW or Workers Comp would be of great benefit but not essential

You will be a hands-on HR professional who loves to be at the coalface of the business

You will be a logical thinker and enjoy troubleshooting

You will be a team player and someone who enjoys contributing to a wider and bigger goal

You MUST be an Australian citizen to be considered for this role due to security clearance checks
