You are a proactive, pragmatic HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. With strong experience in strategic business partnering, you bring confidence and capability in navigating complex industrial relations landscapes and working across multiple industrial instruments. Ideally, you have supported end‑to‑end Enterprise Agreement negotiations, from strategy development and bargaining through to implementation.
You will build trusted relationships with ease and are highly skilled at influencing, coaching, and guiding leaders to deliver practical, people‑focused outcomes aligned with organisational strategy. You're motivated by creating workplaces where employees feel valued, empowered, and engaged, and you're always looking for opportunities to uplift systems, processes, and organisational capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to provide expert advice and coaching across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, guidance, and informed decision-making support.
- Design and deliver targeted people leadership development programs for Senior Leaders.
- Manage complex workplace matters, including industrial relations, performance, and grievance issues, ensuring compliance with legislation and industrial agreements.
- Support end-to-end Enterprise Agreement negotiations for designated portfolios, including analysis, modelling, participation in bargaining meetings, and submission of documentation to the Fair Work Commission.
- Develop and implement workforce planning initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
- Support organisational change initiatives while maintaining engagement and team cohesion.
- Contribute to Employee Value Proposition initiatives, including but not limited to cyclical culture initiatives, remuneration and benefits and DE&I programs.
- Drive continuous improvement through the review and enhancement of people processes and practices.
