Dynamic HR Business Partner required for a new opportunity based in Henderson

Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced HR Business Partner who is seeking to continue to broaden their generalist experience.

Working closely with a Senior HR Business Partner, this position will help deliver people solutions aligned to business needs, support daily HR operations, and provide guidance on people practices, culture, and workforce engagement.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Provision of day-to-day HR advisory support
  • Supporting the creation and design of onboarding, performance management and talent development frameworks
  • Maintenance of accurate employee records, data management and HR reporting and analytics via the HRIS system
  • Provide support on low-risk employee relations issues escalating complex issues
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding
We are seeking an individual with a strong generalist HR background who builds strong working relationships with frontline leaders and employees and has the ability to provide timely and accurate advice. You will be a natural communicator to engage with all levels within the organisation. You will possess the ability to analyse, mitigate risk and provide practical solutions. A natural curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning is essential. Experience of working within a heavy industrial, manufacturing or related sector would be much preferred.

Due to the industry sector, it is essential that you possess citizenship for this position.

This position is based in Henderson and will offer one day working from home.
