About your role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll act as a strategic partner to leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and culture initiatives. You'll lead HR projects, contribute to policy development, and play a key role in embedding the People & Culture strategy. This is a hands-on role where your ability to influence, coach and collaborate will be highly valued.
