Standalone HR Business Partner responsible for WA/SA/NT required for a national business in our Eastern Suburbs
Our client is an established national business which is one of the largest within their sector.

This is a standalone HR Business Partner role reporting to the General Manager of Human Resources and a dotted line to the WA State Manager, working alongside a team of other HR Business Partners in other states.
You will take full ownership of the HR function for WA/SA/NT and thrive on autonomy, influence and impact.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provision of coaching and development to line management
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and probation reviews
- Provision of advice regarding policies, processes and procedures
- Performance review, performance management, employee relations including grievances and disciplinaries
- HR projects including cultural alignment
- Support the design and development of HR initiatives including diversity and inclusion and continuous improvement
To be successful in your application, you will have prior experience as a standalone or small company generalist HR Business Partner where you can demonstrate your ability to influence change, promote best practice and coach and develop management to raise their capability.
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related specialism would be preferred.
It is essential that you have a strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
