Short-term assignment for Qualified and Experienced HR Business Partner SOR
Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced HR Business Partner for an office-based short-term temporary assignment based South of the River.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a diverse employee group across facilities management and healthcare.
Providing full generalist support, you will provide coaching and development to line management on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, support transformation and cultural change, lead case management across performance management, grievances and disciplinaries and provide additional assistance where required.
To be successful in your application, it is essential that you have held a similar generalist business partnering role with prior exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards. You will be confident in your employee relations experience and your ability to manage case investigations through to conclusion. An immediate start is essential.
A 4-week commitment would be the minimum expectation.
