Site-based HR Business Partner role for mining owner/operator.

This position is based an hour and a half south of Perth and will require relocation or current residential address within an hour of their location.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the entire workforce in a generalist capacity.

This position will suit an individual who enjoys working within a generalist capacity with expertise within employee relations. You will possess the ability to influence change in order to minimise risk and create best practice human resources, and offer creative thinking to ensure an engaged and motivated workforce.
To be successful in your application, it is essential that you have worked in a similar role previously with exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards. You must reside close to site or have the ability to relocate with your own accommodation.
