You will be working in a strategic and operational role managing all generalist HR for the business.

Your new company
A global Fintech who are a market leader with exciting growth plans are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team based in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Your new role
Reporting to the Global Head of HR based internationally you will be responsible for managing all end to end generalist HR for 130 employees based in Sydney. You will work at a strategic and operational level, partnering with senior leaders in order to deliver commercial and pragmatic HR solutions. You will work with a variety of stakeholders across the business including a team of talent acquisition specialist who manage the recruitment whilst your focus will be on all other areas of generalist HR.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven HR generalist experience in a fast paced environment together with the ability to provide pragmatic and commercial HR solutions that enable the business to reach it's strategic goals.
