This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a market leading and professional organisation. Working in a collaborative environment, you will be required to partner closely with a particular client group providing an effective and professional people and culture service covering the full generalist remit.

Working as a trusted advisor to Executives within the client group you will create lasting culture change as a high priority, along with change management, recruitment and selection, performance management, learning and development and policy advice and implementation

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • provide HR expertise in implementing business programs and initiatives to ensure accurate, timely and consistent delivery to clients
  • identify, prioritise and build organisational competencies, behaviours, structures and processes which lead to improved business performance
  • research issues and develop and implement solutions to resolve people related business problems
  • facilitate effective workforce planning and recruit key talent approved to deliver its objectives;
  • counsel employees on various issues (e.g. grievances, performance, training and development, career progression, policies and procedures)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding and induction activities
  • Manage all staff movements including probations, changes to employment conditions, leave of absence, parental leave, internal movements and resignations/terminations
  • Actively promote cultural change and support new ways of working and continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you will hold a HR or related degree, and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate or professional services environment. You will have strong technical HR expertise including recruitment, employee relations and change management, to support and educate managers and have a practical, flexible, energetic 'can do' attitude.
