With a collaborative and welcoming culture, this organisation is seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their People & Culture team.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Chief HR Officer, this role has no direct reports. You will join the People & Culture team that is made up of six other HR/WHS Professionals. Working a standard 38 hour week, this is a permanent full time position. The job purpose is to provide high quality, cost effective services in employee relations, recruitment and selection processes, performance management, remuneration review and advice, HR policies and procedures, infrastructure and data in line with corporate service policies, WHS, statutory and funding body requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

This role will suit an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who has demonstrated ability to manage and engage stakeholders, building rapport quickly and creating lasting relationships. You must be able to hold your own with unions and investigations being highly resilient.

Additionally you must:

  • Be well versed in ER/IR: employment legislation, Award and Workplace Relations issues
