Located in the Outer Brisbane suburbs, our client are a reputable and leading global organisation. An opportunity now exists for a HR Business Partner to join their established HR team.

Your new role
This role is a true business partner role whereby you will be providing generalist HR support and advice to a medium to large client base across different sites. This will include:-

  • Provide strategic advice to senior executives, managers, employees and key stakeholders;
  • Workforce planning, talent management and succession planning;
  • Reporting and analysing data;
  • Supporting leaders through all aspects of the business processes; and
  • High level case management of ER, IR and performance management issues.
  • Other duties where required

What you'll need to succeed
Your key success in this role will be attributed to your previous generalist HR experience at a Business Partner level you could be looking to step into a bigger role from a HR advisor capacity. You will have experience working in a medium to large organisation supporting a diverse client group. Additionally you will have tertiary qualifications within a related field. The ability to liaise and build strong partnerships with key stake holders is crucial to this role.
