HR and Recruitment Generalist job based in Melbourne eastern suburbs - Part Time available

Your new company
Our client is a growing international property developer with a strong national presence. The company is an expert in their field and has over 25 years' expertise across property development. They are looking to grow their small team of around 10 and require an HR and Recruitment Generalist on a permanent basis. This role will be based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. They are open to an experienced candidate who can either do a (0.6) or (0.8) part time role.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director, the role is responsible for supporting various Human Resources and Recruitment services across the business. The position is generalist HR and includes duties such as white-collar recruitment, policy and procedure development, employee life-cycle management, employee engagement programs and general HR administration. You will also support the business with various projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have at least 3-5 years' experience in a Human Resources/Recruitment role in a corporate environment. You will also have outstanding time management and problem solving skills. Strong written and communication skills are essential, together with being professionally presented . Experience working in a smaller business with a headcount below 100 would be highly regarded. Experience in the property, hospitality or white-collar construction industries is advantageous, but not essential.
