Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced individual who can demonstrate their ability to perform HR Analytics using excel spreadsheeting skills.

You will be responsible for:
To be successful in your application, you will possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions including VLookUp, Pivot Tables, Macros, Mail Merge etc. You will have a high attention to detail, the ability to identify anomalies, be strong in your presentation skills for graphs and analytics and written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that you have worked within human resources, preferably in an analytically based role or similar.
This position will commence in April and is expected to be for a nine-month period. It is a requirement that you be available for the full duration of the assignment. Based south of the River, accessibility to a car would be preferable.
