Short-term contract role in Melbourne CBD - working closely with the HR team to analyse data.

Your new company
An excellent opportunity has opened to work with a Government body located in Melbourne's CBD. This well-respected government body requires an experienced HR Analyst to perform a contract role to support their close knit HR team.

Your new role
Working in a small HR team, you will conduct a thorough analysis across multiple areas of the organisation and comment on trends that are found. You will assist in setting up HR reporting, so the HR team can track absenteeism, annual leave and turn over. In this role you will work with Chris21, setting up reports that can be run monthly by the HR team. There will be some interaction with the external payroll provider, reviewing current processes and recommending improvements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have exceptional communication skills and a solid ability to understand HR data and trends. Strong experience in analysing and setting up of HR reports will stand you in good stead, with experience using Chris21 favourable. You will have a good understanding of payroll and processes. Previous experience in the government would be favourable.

You will be employed as a temporary member of staff, paid weekly and by the hour.
