Your new role
This is an end to end HR Generalist role involving:

  • Query resolution and provision of generalist advice
  • Onboarding and induction processes
  • Performance reviews and development
  • Employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Grievance and disciplinary case investigations
  • Ad hoc project management


What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 4 years experience in a similar role within a blue-collar industry. You will be tertiary qualified in HR. You will be committed to engagement and retention and professional development. You will ideally have exposure to IR and EBA negotiations - this can be through direct involvement or in supporting a manager.
