Immediate requirement for a fixed-term contract based North of the River for an experienced HR Advisor

Do you possess a solid background in managing case investigations and generalist human resources?

Our client is a reactive, high-volume business that requires an experienced HR Advisor to join the team supporting case management and investigations.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of cases across a range of employee relations issues including: dispute resolution, performance management, breaches of basic conduct, misconduct, bullying and harassment, etc.

Working closely with line management, you will collaborate closely to provide the best outcome through effective consultation, mentoring and coaching, and provision of recommendations and outcomes.

This position will commence immediately and will be offered on the basis of a 6-12 month contract.
