We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide tactical support to our client's leadership team. This temporary role (3-6 months) is ideal for an HR professional who is generalist in their experience and enjoys face-to-face and remote interaction with their major stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
To be successful in your application, you will possess a proven background as a generalist HR practitioner with strong emphasis on interpretation of policies and legislation, guidance on processes and procedures and comprehension of service level agreements.
You will have prior experience within a large organisation, where process adherence is essential. You will have exemplary verbal and written communication skills, and be able to demonstrate your added value service.
This position requires an immediate start, is based South of the River and requires working from the office.
