An immediately available HR Advisor is required for an HR Project based South of the River.
Our client has embarked upon a technical transformation project and, as such, they are requiring the support of an experienced HR Advisor to join the team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be instrumental in reviewing and developing new templates for contracts based upon a vast array of awards and industrial tools. You will review the classifications within the awards and support the review and development of position descriptions.
It is essential for this role that you have a comprehensive understanding of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia, and possess a strong attention to detail and communication skills to liaise with senior level stakeholders. You will be generalist in your human resources capacity with a broad industrial relations knowledge.
An immediate start is required, and it is envisaged that this project will run for three to six months.
