Your new role
This is a project role as a HR Advisor working on a routine compliance review.
You'll be reviewing employment contracts and ensuring they are compliant with the current legislation, as well as the EBA.
What you'll need to succeed- Relevant experience in a HR Generalist role
- Experience interpreting EBAs and Modern Awards.
- ER and IR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
