Our Client
Our client is in the not-for-profit sector and is located in the CBD. They are seeking a talented and driven HR Advisor to join the team.
Your new role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the organisation's strategic objectives by driving innovative and effective human resource solutions. You will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that ensure sustainable business outcomes, while also coaching and supporting managers to enhance their people management skills, improve team motivation, and optimise overall performance. This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of partnering with leadership to address key strategic people challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice, support, and coaching to leaders on complex matters such as performance management, behaviour, grievances, workplace investigations, and fitness for work.
- Improving employee engagement, performance, productivity, and retention.
- Responsible for the organisation's people strategy and ensuring it aligns with broader business goals.
- Contributing to enhancing the company's employment branding and engagement efforts, driving cultural evolution and promoting a performance-focused work environment.
- Identifying process gaps, proposing solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Providing guidance on policies, procedures, employment law, and change management, while leading change efforts to improve business outcomes.
What you need to succeed
In order to be successful, ideally, you will have a degree in a relevant qualification and demonstrated experience of working in a similar role. You will have sound knowledge of legislative frameworks including employment law, work health and safety, discrimination, and equal opportunity legislation. This role does require monthly travel outside of Perth, so this would suit individuals who are happy to travel for at least 4-5 days at a time.
What they Offer:
This role comes with a competitive salary looking between $110k - $125k depending on the experience of the successful individual. In addition, you will receive salary packaging on top and Superannuation.
