Your new role
Your role will provide a range of high quality and accurate HR advice and support services across the employee life-cycle to ensure the delivery of people management initiatives and projects across Council.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to managers and employees across the employee life-cycle as well as policy-related matters
- Manage the P&C inbox and coordinate responses, providing accurate and timely HR advice
- Support Recruitment Partners to ensure letter and contract generation and staff movements are administered appropriately within Council's systems
- Manage all HR records and databases, ensuring all information is current, accurate, accessible and stored correctly
- Coordinating onboarding and the setting up of new employees in the Payroll system.
- Support with Performance Management, Case Management, Job Evaluation, and Learning and Development as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in a similar role as an HR Advisor
- Exposure and experience in the provision of advice across different areas of the employee life-cycle
- Excellent stakeholder management experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
