A large construction company are seeking a HR Advisor who specialises in Remuneration & Benefits to join their team.

Your new role
Working in the corporate head office, you will be part of the Remuneration & Benefits team working as a HR Advisor specialising in remuneration and benefits. You will work on developing and delivering reward solutions in line with business needs. You will support the organisation and provide advice on legislative, regulatory and policy guidelines.

You will -

  • Support the company through remuneration review processes
  • Manage the remuneration system
  • Deliver and analyse on remuneration and benefits data and metrics

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be a specialist in the Remuneration and Benefits field. You will have worked in a similar role, ideally for a similar organisation. You will have strong numerical, analytical and advanced Excel skills. You will have previously worked with Pivot or Oracle. You will ideally have 7 + years working experience.
