Your new role
You will be adopting the role of a HR Advisor, with your main focus being the day-to-day operations where you will be working closely with BPs and the Head of People and Culture. The HR Advisor carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, recruitment/employment, compensation, and employment law/compliance across a range of projects.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be a motivated team player with attention to detail and a drive to succeed.
You will also have experience liaising with BPs and senior stakeholders.
