Join our Professional Services client in the heart of Sydney's CBD as a HR Advisor on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

As an HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the full employee life cycle and be involved in a range of HR activities from employee relations and performance management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers across HR policies and procedures including informal performance management, small organisational change and grievances

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with your client group and across the wider organisation

  • Understand key business objectives and effectively align with broader HR strategy and vision

  • Partner with senior stakeholders and the broader HR team to roll out a number of people focused initiatives


Key Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role and professional environment

  • Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills

  • Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
