Your new role

As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across a range of HR functions. Key duties include:
  • Drafting and managing employment contracts
  • Processing notices of separation
  • Conducting NDIS worker screening checks
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Supporting general HR administration tasks
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confidence in handling confidential information and HR documentation
  • Familiarity with NDIS screening processes (Proda access highly regarded)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in HR
