Your new role
As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across a range of HR functions. Key duties include:
- Drafting and managing employment contracts
- Processing notices of separation
- Conducting NDIS worker screening checks
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Supporting general HR administration tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in HR administration
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confidence in handling confidential information and HR documentation
- Familiarity with NDIS screening processes (Proda access highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in HR
