Your new company
A globally recognised organisation based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. The HR team is currently going through a transition period and are looking for an Executive Manager of Organisational Development to help drive the strategy of the OD and learning and development team.

Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager of People and Culture and consulting with senior stakeholders, the position will encompass a variety of responsibilities;

  • Design and develop the organisation's framework for talent management, succession and workforce planning.
  • Identify opportunities for organisational performance improvement through internal diagnosis, understanding of OD best practice, and effective consultation.
  • Lead and direct the provision of learning and development solutions across the organisation in line with OD strategies.
  • Lead a team of three senior L&D Advisors.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Organisational Development Specialist or as a HR Generalist with an OD focus.
  • Experience managing an effective, high performing team to deliver solutions that compliment and support OD strategic initiatives.
  • Satisfactory Working with Childrens and Police check.
