Your new role
Provide high-quality and timely customer service and support to the Employee Services team, including research, design and delivery of solutions and professional advice to support Employee Services, HR branch stakeholders and customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and role-modelling customer-focused behaviour by delivering exceptional service.
- Partnering with your team leader to meet performance standards and contribute to a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Undertaking a diverse range of administrative and support tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Providing proactive and reliable support services aligned with team needs and organisational policies.
- Managing and maintaining data across business systems with accuracy.
- Researching and analysing work processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvement.
- Building effective working relationships within a collaborative team environment.
- Offering advice and information to customers on relevant processes.
- Assisting with training coordination, procurement, reporting, system support, audits, and testing.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential Criteria:
- Proven ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback, and meet performance standards.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality administrative support using various systems and software in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Services systems such as SAP, learning management, and recruitment platforms, with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in developing contemporary tools, templates, and processes.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Desirable Criteria:
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment, selection, and learning and development.
- Ability to research and interpret corporate procedures to ensure compliance.
