About Them
This large, complex financial services organisation based in the CBD is future proofing its employee relations function. It has a great opportunity to oversee all case management activities for one of their largest divisions. You will be the conduit between the HR Business Partners and the business leaders and will take a “big picture” view whilst being across enough detail to better enable the proactive management of risk.

About the Role
Reporting to the Group Manager, Case Engagement & Operations, this role sits within the high demand, high volume centralised shared services function that has a strong internal brand. You will build and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders and management teams to manage the relationships between the business and HR case management.

Your day-to-day activities will include:
  • Analysing case data to deliver valuable insights relating to trends, hotspots or opportunities
  • Leading interventions, solutions and strategies to address and avert concerns
  • Ensuring fair, ethical and consistent case outcomes through strategic advice and direction to members of the case management team
  • Managing cases on senior level or escalated matters
  • Collaborating with the Practice Lead, providing advice, guidance and coaching to case managers on different approaches, strategies to adopt
  • Driving continuous improvement throughout the centre
About You
As the successful candidate, you have a background in the proactive management of employee relations cases with strong business partnering and relationship management skills. You have a strategic mindset and have the demonstrated ability to analyse high volumes of data and information and formulate, communicate and develop proactive measures taking a portfolio approach.

This is a high-profile position and will have significant exposure to the HR leadership and executive team of this division. You have experience working in large scale organisations and your financial services experience is preferred.
