Employee Relations Advisor job in Melbourne's Northern suburbs. Give excellent ER advice to manage ER cases.

Your new company
An excellent opportunity to work for a public sector organisation. Our client requires additional support within their HR team for the next three to four months.

Your new role
You will facilitate conversations with managers on industrial and employee relations matters; educating managers on processes, policies and legislative requirements. You will work with managers in various areas of the organisation to see workplace relations cases through to competition. There will be a significant requirement for you to work closely with unions and stakeholders across this blue and white collar organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have an excellent understanding of ER processes, having effectively worked on an array of different cases with unions. You will show excellent attention to detail, sensitivity and have an educational approach to resolving cases. It is important that you are resilient and adaptable, someone who shows an excellent work ethic and can hit the ground running.

What you'll get in return
A full time temporary role for three to four months, with a market competitive hourly wage. The opportunity to work in a public sector organisation outside the CBD.
