Your new company
Our client is a small agency seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to provide strategic HR, Recruitment and Employee Conditions advice and support.

Your new role
As the HR Manager you will predominantly be responsible for the provision of the full range of human resource services and advice to assist the Agency to meet its objectives. You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality services and support to managers and staff of the agency. Your role will require you to provide strategic advice and support the following:

  • Development of policy and practices
  • Organisational establishment planning and workflow processes
  • Employee conditions matters
  • Enterprise agreement implementation and negotiation and industrial relations issues
  • Performance management and improvement processes
  • Analytics and reporting and input to the strategic direction
  • Complex recruitment functions

What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to demonstrate extensive experience as a strategic HR Manager with the following experience:

  • Provision of expert advice and support in HR client services, HR policies and practices
  • Development and administration of key strategic HR programmes, procedures and guideline
  • Proven experience in providing ER advice to APS employees
  • Understanding of HR information systems for the provision of payroll
