- Ensure compliance with ASX-listed business reporting requirements, including workforce data, diversity, and pay equity.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide expert guidance on HR matters to the business.
- Foster a high-performance culture and champion leadership development programs.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, particularly within ASX-listed businesses.
- Proven expertise in remuneration reporting, including executive remuneration and regulatory compliance.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work closely with the ELT to shape strategic people initiatives.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
