A high-volume blue-collar recruitment advisor is required for a fast-paced mining organisation.
We are seeking an immediately available, high-volume blue-collar Recruitment Specialist to deliver end-to-end recruitment services across a mining portfolio. This pivotal role ensures their workforce strategy is aligned with current and future resourcing needs, while championing diversity, fairness, and inclusion in every step of the recruitment process.Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work within a small recruitment team responsible for:
- End-to-end recruitment, including proactive sourcing, prescreening, shortlisting and interviewing
- Management of the offer stage and onboarding compliance
- Supporting hiring managers with the recruitment process and management of expectations
- Ensuring that process is adhered to and the recruitment system is maintained
- Building and maintaining candidate pools
This position will commence immediately with the opportunity of longer-term permanence.
To be successful in your application, you will be an accomplished blue collar recruitment advisor with consolidated experience from within the mining sector. You will have previously managed the end-to-end recruitment process within a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess strong communication and collaboration to influence best results. It is essential that you be proactive in your approach and possess a passion for your specialism.
