Your new role

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of aligning the companies people strategy with business objectives, working closely with business unit leaders to deliver exceptional Human Resources services, ensuring that the HR practices not only support but drive organisational goals. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and productive work environment, where every team member feels valued and empowered. Your duties will also include but not limited to;

  • Strategic Partnership: Build and nurture strong relationships with business unit leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters.
  • HR Alignment: Ensure that all HR systems, processes, and programs are aligned with strategic and operational goals.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Provide business leaders with timely and accurate HR information and reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Ethical Practices: Champion ethical people management practices that reflect organisational values and culture.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and review of innovative People and Culture strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and legislative changes, ensuring HR practices are contemporary and compliant.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on industrial and employee relations, fostering a harmonious and productive workplace.
