About The Role
This is a 12 month maternity leave contract for an experienced Senior Remuneration Advisor to proactively develop and support the development and delivery of operational and aligned remuneration and benefits programs and services for the HR community and broader business.
Reporting to the Remuneration Manager and acting as their right-hand person, this role will also be responsible for the management of 2 direct reports.
Key areas of focus:
  • Annual salary review - (fixed) and STI processes (variable)  
  • Outside of the rem cycle, this role would look at ways to improve the rem cycle, adhoc reporting around STI and LTI.
  • Job evaluations- HAY methodology
  • HR Metrics reporting –SAP
  • Remuneration policies
  • This role also has oversight of the fleet and Visas
About Your Success
Considerable experience in HR together with in-depth exposure to remuneration including the operation of STI and LTI plans.
Excellent reporting skills with the ability to manipulate raw data into simplified reports. Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
Experience in large national or ASX listed organisation would be advantageous. 

Part-time option available - 4 days per week
