Your new firm is a leading financial services firm based in the heart of Sydney 

About the Role
Your new role will require that you manage the full  HR and WHS remit for the firm. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a small team of HR practitioners and ensure that they are supported in their daily activities. You will engage with senior stakeholders and be a commercial HR business partner when consulting and advising. You will have full responsibility for the HR remit of the firm and assist the Head of HR with any strategic people initiatives.

About Success
To be successful in this role, you will have experience managing a small HR team with accountability for WHS within a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will be comfortable liaising with senior business leaders and influence as and when necessary. Being someone that is able to manage yourself effectively, you will be able to operate with excellence.
