Your new organisation is a large, ASX listed multinational business. A leader in its industry, both globally and locally in Australia, this company has a reputation for attracting passionate, committed professionals and is constantly evolving to stay ahead of its competitors.

Recently revitalised under the leadership of a new CEO and Executive HR Director, this is a unique opportunity to drive business transformational change programs at scale and momentum.

About the Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will work as a proactive member of the business and corporate leadership teams to design and implement effective people and culture programs in line with business objectives. In this role you will oversee the capability build, talent strategy, leadership development, cultural and structural transformation for a high profile, large client group of circa 700.

As a member of the leadership team the expectation is that you will have strong commercial acumen and ability to solve business problems outside of the HR area. You will also be a coach to your executive stakeholders and continue to develop their ability to manage and engage their people.

About You
An HR leader with demonstrated senior level experience providing high quality business advice and delivering results in a fast-paced, commercial business. You present a broad generalist skill set, including building organisational capability, restructures, delivering OD projects and talent initiatives.

You impress as a self-motivated, highly resilient and customer focused professional, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. You will have a commercial outlook with a genuine and confident style that is collaborative and inclusive. Comfortable and confident working with challenging and passionate colleagues will be a given, as will having a sense of humour.
  
Tertiary qualified in human resources or a related discipline, you will have previously partnered with executive leaders in sales and marketing functions.
