Your new company

Our client is a well established Education business looking to expand their office staff with a Strategic Recruitment Manager. Our client has a proven track record of success and a strong reputation, delivering exceptional services the business is continuously taking on new projects and expanding. This a new position for the business and they are looking for a competent and proactive Recruitment Manager to manage their recruitment strategies and work with their colleagues to build a positive, experienced and engaged workforce.


Your new role


Locally based in the Gold Coast you will be responsible for the development and execution of all recruitment campaigns across the country. This will involve a high volume of roles across multiple disciplines and skills bases. You will manage a team of five and you will be expected to deliver accurate and timely recruitment reports, advise internal stakeholders on recruitment strategies and market trends and support and mentor junior members of staff to promote the core values of the organisation. Representation in career drives, expos' and university events may also be required


What you'll need to succeed


The right candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of contemporary recruitment and selection practices. You will need to have a strong strategic background and will be able to confidently drive change within a business. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a role that requires high demand for results. You will be organised and have a customer service mindset for both internal and external stakeholders.
