About the Role
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture for the largest division in the organisation, your role purpose will be centred on driving organisational performance, enhancing employee engagement and building people capability.

Supported by a HR shared service team and COE model, you will have ownership of a complex, multi-site, blue and white collar client group of circa 2000 employees. Working as part of a well-established and collaborative HR team you will provide both strategic and hands on support to business leaders on a broad range of people related matters such ER/IR, leadership development, cultural transformation and negotiating Enterprise Agreements.

About You
An experienced business partner, you will present with broad HR generalist experience, a strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks within both white and blue collar industries and the ability to manage relationships with unions.

You will have a pragmatic, delivery focused mindset, with the energy and enthusiasm to get out amongst the business. 

Previous experience in leading the people agenda for a multi site operational workforce is a must, as well as EA negotiations and tertiary qualifications.
