The Role  
Working in the COE and reporting to the Program Director, you will provide support in the design, development, and implementation of large scale changes to functional areas across the organisation. You will take an active role in the design and deployment of change management and people engagement activities to ensure people buy in and are committed to change.
 Key areas of focus:
  • Working in partnership with organisation leaders in the facilitation of a range of large scale OD/change projects from beginning to completion, including the design and delivery of workshops (This will include job design, role profiling, role to job mapping and capability definition (incl. gap analysis, capability planning, job description writing and staff mapping)
  • In consultation with the HR Client Partners, implement the new operating models, which may include restructuring, redeployment, redundancies, hiring and/or upskilling
  • Identify and analyse the staff likely to be impacted by the Program, the extent of the impact and measures to mitigate
  • Contribute to the development of a Workforce Strategy
About you
  • Relevant experience in a HR generalist or change/OD role with the demonstrated ability to successfully contribute to transformation change (involving people, process, and technology) in a large, complex organisation
  • Highly developed project management, organisational design, planning and time management skills
  • Superior skills in providing high-level HR advice and/or consultancy services to support significant organisational change initiatives with senior leaders and HR partners
  • Demonstrated capacity for analytical and conceptual thinking in the development of new initiatives
  • change management qualifications/certification advantageous
