This highly successful organisation is driving change across their diverse and complex organisation.  One of their key priorities is to develop, implement and embed organisational development frameworks and tools across the organisation to maximise human capital potential and drive culture change.

About the Role
Both roles report to the OD Manager, one will focus on implementing tools, frameworks and programs which will provide success for the long-term strategy in areas such as, leadership development, talent management and performance management.  This role will focus on the implementation in one specific area of the business.
  
The other role will focus on providing input into the design and development of the Talent Management tools, processes and frameworks followed by implementation.
  
Responsibilities for both roles will include:
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, consulting to evaluate, refine and further develop programs, tools and frameworks. 
  • Consult with leaders to design implementation plans for new and existing programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate forums, focus groups, training sessions and workshops as part of implementing initiatives to encourage engagement and sharing.
  • Benchmark current and future initiatives with internal and external best practices.
  • Work closely with the HR team to understand current needs and perspectives and customise approach to deliver best results.
  • Work with project teams to ensure that organisational development tools, frameworks and programs are appropriately addressed in current and future HR systems.

About You
A big picture thinker; you will have relevant qualifications and experience of implementing OD changes in complex environments.  You will be a high performer who initiates and embraces change working collaboratively as part of a team, building credible relationships with peers and multiple stakeholders.  Your ability to influence, negotiate and present information to key stakeholders will be critical in this role.  An Organisational Psychology background is desirable but not preferred.
