Your new company
An excellent opportunity has immediately opened up to work for a large Local Government organisation in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. This highly regarded Council requires a suitably experienced person to temporarily cover an ongoing role.

Your new role
Using your Learning and Development experience, you will develop L&D policy and competency frameworks. You will be flexible in your approach and be able to work in a changing environment. You must have shown a previous ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and have fostered excellent relationships with managers from across a business. You will be a high performer that can demonstrate their ability to work at operational and strategic levels. You will have written training plans, competency frameworks, L&D policy and rolled out annual training calendars.
