Hays currently have an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established organisation. This growing company operates across the construction industry and is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their leadership team as they continue to grow.

Your new role
Reporting to the COO, you will be an active member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee and industrial relations, performance and change management, remuneration and benefits, and talent development. You will provide strategic and operational advice, drive cultural initiatives and change, and support them to deliver effective people practices as they continue to grow. In addition you will have the opportunity to work closely with the directors, delivering and embedding cultural and structural change. This is a newly created role and you will have opportunity to make it your own.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experience HR professional with substantial proven experience at the HR management level. As this is a newly created role, you will be self-sufficient, independent, and enjoy making a role your own. You have strong influential and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to affect change. Experience from a construction, blue collar engineering or related industry would be beneficial but not essential.
