Your new company

This large complex organisation delivers excellence to their customers. The People team delivers excellence across employee relations, learning and development and safety. Due to genuine growth the team now needs an HR Manager to join them and help guide them through this growth stage.

Your new role

As part of this team you will be responsible for providing a broad range of HR services in support of employees and managers. Your job will see you driving HR excellence with the implementation and delivery of corporate and local HR programs and initiatives.

On a day - day basis you will provide expert advice to managers and employees, managing the performance management process and developing and managing employee relations.

What you'll need to succeed

You are already an experienced HR professional with demonstrable experience in all areas of generalist HR. You are a strong communicator with the ability to appreciate and respect confidential matters and you are able to manage work priorities to achieve personal and team goals. You are a candidate who has worked across a mix of industries but, in particular, you have worked in organisations where your client base has been diverse.
