HR Business Partner job based near Melbourne CBD - 3 days per week - permanent part time - Standalone position

Your new company
Our client is a growing property developer with a strong national presence. They have a range of residential projects servicing many industries. The company has over 20 years' expertise and has diversified into financial planning and other areas. Due to a recent vacancy, they require an HR Business Partner on a permanent part time basis (.6 FTE) to work in their Melbourne office located close to the CBD.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director, the HR Business Partner is a standalone role and is responsible for all Human Resources services across the business. The position is true generalist HR and includes duties such as talent management, employee life-cycle management, performance management, policy and procedure development, HR projects, remuneration and benefits and general HR administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have at least 5 years' experience in a Human Resources role in a corporate environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR/Business are preferred. You must have proven ability working with senior management in a Business Partnering role. Strong written and communication skills are essential. You must have great stakeholder management skills and be able to build trusting relationships quickly.
