A HR Advisor role that will be working on Learning & Development projects.

Your new role
You will play a leading role in providing exemplary project management, specialist organisational development and cultural change support. The role supports the Learning Design and Evaluation team within the Talent Management functional area. Your new role as HR Advisor of L&D projects will be reporting to the Lead of Learning Design & Evaluation.

Some of your Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management coordination for key learning and development projects, including workload, timelines and expected program outcomes.
  • Concept development, support and management of employee cultural programs.
  • Adopt and implement appropriate workflows, champion the use of new/updated methodologies to ensure that staff have the necessary skills and experience to deliver efficient and effective service.
  • Monitor, review and analyse systems and databases to generate reports that provide accurate advice and information for staff, customers, management and external agencies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a HR professional from a learning and development background ideally with experience being in a L&D Manager/Advisor role with project management experience. You will have experience in capturing, reviewing and analysing data/information for implementation into learning and development or human resources programs. You will be proficient at multi-tasking and time management in having balanced a range of competing and conflicting work priorities.
