A temporary opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a busy and engaged team

Your new company
An exciting opportunity to join a local company as their HR Coordinator, commencing on a temporary basis however, opportunity to move to a permanent role.

Your new role
This position will see you primarily supporting the end to end recruitment process including writing advertisements, shortlisting candidates, phone and face to face interviewing, coordinating compliance and on-boarding. In addition, you will support Payroll in weekly reports, rosters, management of leave and record keeping.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you must have previous experience in recruitment, you will have strong computer skills and ideally have hands on knowledge of Oracle and or Enable. You will have strong attention to detail, be able to plan and coordinate your day efficiently and have strong, clear communication skills.
