This international financial services firm is seeking a capable HR Administrator to join their Sydney team. They are a well-known brand and market leader. They are based in a modern office and pride themselves on their friendly and high performing culture. 

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an HR Administrator to hit the ground running. Supporting a busy HR team, you will be assisting with a HR project of digitalising their paper-based HR records.
  • Filing and scanning HR documents
  • Uploading documents to HRIS (WorkDay)
  • HRIS updates/maintenance
  • Additional ad hoc HR duties
About Success

The ideal candidate will have experience within an HR Administrator role and will be able to hit the ground running!
  • You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications
  • You will have an outgoing and friendly personality and a clear and confident communication style
  • You will have proven attention to detail and will be able to multi-task with ease
  • You will be a quick learner and have a 'happy to help' personality
  • You will have previously worked on and HRIS system (WorkDay would be ideal)
