We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Administrator to join our dedicated HR team based in Ultimo.

Working within a small, generalist team, this is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of HR and will play a key role in ensuring the team’s success.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or entry level candidate with strong administration experience and skills, looking to expand their knowledge of HR and grow their career.

You will work across the full employee life cycle and undertake various administrative duties to ensure our people process and activities are well executed and we continue to enable business capability and performance through exceptional operational and strategic HR management.

To be considered for this role, you will require advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering work to a high standard. You will have strong organisation and time management skills, a team oriented approach to work and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A positive outlook, can-do attitude and being self-motivated will help you succeed in this role.
