The Role

A great opportunity exists for a talented Learning and Development Specialist to join Business Training Team within Retail, Finance & Insurance team in St. Leonards. Our client is committed to providing the highest quality learning and development services to its employees. As the Business Training Specialist you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and execution of training initiatives, developing training, and administering training functions across online, face to face, webinar and other technology channels.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Identify stakeholder training needs through training needs analyses
  • Liaise with vendor instructional designers
  • Design and develop training materials
  • Document business procedures for the training environment
  • Maintain, edit and evaluate e-learning content on a regular basis
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating programs where needed
  • Manage issues associated with LMS system

To be considered for this role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with gained exposure to an e-learning, in particular Articulate Storyline
  • Professional and savvy individual with strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Confident and passionate about Learning and Development
  • Experience designing, developing and delivering training programs
